The spring program practice sessions start at the Fonderie (Centre Multisport, rue Montcalm, Hull) and move outdoors to the synthetic fields in Gatineau (Mont Bleu, UQO, Carrefour) in May.

All Ages sessions are open to athletes from all age groups to work on skills. Our age groups are as follows:
- U23 – born in 2000 or earlier
- U18 – born in 20012003
- U15 – born in 20042006
- U12 – born in 20072008
- U10 – born in 2009 and later (coed)
Club Members: Mouthguard $15, Shin guards $25, Stick $50
Want to try out Field Hockey? Necessary equipment includes gym clothes, sneaker or cleats and shin guards. We have sticks available for those trying out the sport!

Tournament sign-up, accommodation and travel details are communicated via email with participating club members leading up to each tournament.
*Note: Team Quebec programming will start in mid May and run through July. This is the window within which the national and eastern Canada championships shall take place. More info will follow at the end of April about the Team Quebec programs for U15 and U18 boys and girls.
